Motorola RAZR V3
I wonder if anyone can help. My wife just bought a Motorola RAZR V3 on an auction site. The seller says it only works witha t-mobile sim card in the states. I know nothing about phones. I always hear of phones being 'chipped' or reprogrammed. Does anyone know if this model can be reconfigured to work in HK off a CSL card or other local? Would like to know before i cancel the purchase. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to unlock the phone which can be done at the mobile shops in Mongkok and various other places around.
