Best Hummus in Hong Kong

I remember an old post about where to find the best Hummus in Hong Kong which drew lots of interest.

I came across a new Egyptian restaurant called Bazaar which serves what I believe to be the best hummus in Hong Kong. The chef is Egyptian and quite a character too.

The prices are quite reasonable and the portions are generous. Dinner for 2 including appetizer, main meal and beers came to around $300.

If you like hummus and Egyptian food I highly recommend it:

Bazaar
Shop 1, Ground Floor,
King Ho Building,
41-49, Aberdeen Street, Central,
Hong Kong

No, not really.

There was an old post last year which was over 5 pages long about where to get good Hummus:

Just thought I would add my opinion since it drew so much interest last year. Perhaps I should have just added to the last post.

why not just make it at home?
it's unbelievably easy...
and no need to go around trying to find some place that makes it to your taste.

although i can understand going out for babaghanoush...

I love Bazaar. I wish people wouldn't talk about it. It's been somewhat of a secret until recently. I live right by it, and it's one of me and my girlfriend's favorite places in town.
