Nope and it doesn't change much through the year, maybe and hour or two difference between summer and winter.

in the winter it starts getting dark around 5:30/6pm and in the summer around 6:30/7pm.

in the mornings it gets light around 5:30/6am in summer and around 6:30am in winter.

But, ahhhhhh, those night markets. That's where the savings begin.

But no daylight savings time here. For instance, right now we are 12 hours ahead of the US east coast. When the US sets their clocks back an hour in the fall, we wil be 13 hours ahead. No time changes in China.

Hong Kong SAR and all of mainland China do not have daylight saving time. Also, all of China has the same time however, when traveling to western China people refer to their own local time (unofficial) and Beijing time (official).
