My hubby's company is transferring him from London to HK, we are looking to move to HK within a month or two, so I think now is the time for us to start hunting for an accommodation. Our budget is around 35k-40k, if it comes less than that would be great, we hope to find a place with great sea view and not very noisy. He will be working in around Causeway Bay, so transportation needs to be good, he also like to go to gym so the sports club should be nice too, and for me the shopping convenience, we have been referred to an agency called hongkonghomes, could anyone tell me how much they charge for the fee? Comparing to Gohome that which agency charges more reasonablely? How much is the bargain possibility? I am looking at east soho, kennedy town, tiu keng leng? Any opinions welcomed
