you might look up a company called Vina Capital or Vina Land. It's all I know of.

if the op wants to know regulation, i'd have to assume he is after investment in actual real estate.

i do have holdings of VOF and Vinaland.. its suppose to provide for my retirement 20 years down the road. ahha

Yes. I am actually looking for direct investments in real estate. Given that I am here in Asia, I would like to make some money out of that. For example, get some cheap deals in Vietnam and then sell it again back home in Germany.
