Talking Theatre Outing - June 13th

Hey all,

We're going live w/ our new Theatre Piece "11 Variations on Friar John's Failure" at Fringe Club on June 13th. It's a comedy based on Shakespeare & proceeds will go to the youth charity KELY group. Should be a good laugh & a nice evening. Anyone want to go?

We have a few Geoexpater's in the backstage on this one and we'll definitely meet-up after for a stiff drink. As an added incentive we're giving away TWO FREE tickets to the first Geoexpater who can correctly answer this question (or get as close as possible):

Give me the name of 3 of the Shakespeare characters in the show...

Tickets on sale at HK Ticketing

LOL...OK, maybe I made my question too easy, but the rules are the rules...PDLM you've WON the tickets. I'll PM you on how to get them later...

Anyone else up for the show?
Tickets only $150 (or $120 if you're a Fringe member)

OK guys...TWO FREE TICKETS back up for grabs. PDLM has generously decided to offered them back to the public.

So, another quiz this time, but a little more difficult.

Two free tickets goes to the person who can guess (most closely) how many tickets we've sold for the play by 6PM Saturday 9th June

Even I don't know the answer to this one yet
HINT - full capacity for the show is 400 (total). HK shows are notorious for selling out at the last minute, so this one is a definite guesser...

For the rest of you who might be lurking and still interested, here's a summary of the play:

A fast-paced Shakespearean-based comedy, written by San Francisco playwright Yuri Baranovsky. Staged in the alleys of "Hip Hop Hong Kong", defined by graffiti-strewn alleyways, urban clothing and the characters' ghetto-fabulous attitudes ? It's a world where Rosaline and Juliet get into catfights, Friar John works shifts at Starbucks, and relationships are thrown into turmoil in the battle for Middle Earth. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without Shakespeare's two cents...
