| hello If you are not married to a permanent resident or someone who has valid visa status (e.g. employment visa, capital investment scheme, investment visa) now then you cannot apply for a dependant visa. In most cases if you do marry again to a permanent resident of Hong Kong you can apply for a dependant visa and on that visa you can work in Hong Kong. If you marry someone who has valid visa status (e.g. employment visa, investment visa) then you cannot work in Hong Kong. With regards to this question: "and do i have any right of my first Dependant visa to keep it or change it with out need to married... " the answer is no. |
