Can anybody recommend any airline for Shanghai?

I want to go in Oct to Shanghai for the F1 GP. If anybody purchased tickets last year can explain how did it?

If it's for the flight may I suggest a travel agent?

both lamma. I am looking for a low cost airline website, it's a long time since I went to a travel agency
