| Moving from India-info on visa Hello frds, I am a fresh graduate(still not done with my degree, will be over in next couple of weeks) and got a job in one of the european i-bank in HK.I have already send the required documents ID936-A,E,F,L together with my resume to the company people. Could you throw some light on normally how much time is taken in getting the work permit. Is it easy to get that,i mean are there cases of rejections under normal circumstances. Since I haven't completed my degree so I haven't send any provisional degree till now.Is provisional degree mandatory to get WP for a fresher? Any help will be greatly appreciated |

| 4-6 weeks from when all the documentation is recved. Should not be an issue considerng your employer, but I do think they'll need to verify your degree etc.
