Talking Opening a company/office in HK

Hi everyone,

I am from Italy and I am used to stay in HK for business (several times during the year, for about one week per each stay).
Now I am planning to open a company in there or to open an office of my Italian company, is there anyone that, on his/her experience, can let me know which is the best choice and what will be the visa/immigration "procedure/regulation" I will be submitted to.

Looking forward to your early reply,
thank you.

It is usually quite easy to open a company and setup offices and get an immigration permit (i'll leave that to Emigra to answer).

Would recommend if you're interested in getting some govt help, to email the folks over at investhk.

hello

If you are setting up a business of your own in Hong Kong then it would be best to apply for an investment visa. It usually takes around 12 weeks to process and you are required during that time to prove that you are establishing a company that is of value to Hong Kong.

If you would like me to send you an evaluation form so that your case can be reviewed and from there I can advise you on the likelihood of success for the application before it is even made. This evaluation is free.

If you want to find out more about us first, you can do so at www.emigra.com.hk.
