Sour cream you can get from Taste in Stanley (not all the time) and the organic meatshop in Hang Hau.

I don't know because I've never used it myself.You can most probably get all those things at City Super and Great and Oliver's but I don't shop there often so I can't say for sure.

as carang says, you can get sour cream pretty much everywhere.

re curds... are you referring to cultured curds, or split curds? ie like yoghurt or like cottage cheese?

if you mean cultured, easier to buy natural yoghurt, maybe. if you mean split, i found it much more reliable to make them myself.
