Foundation level Art in English in HK?

Hi all, this is my first post.
My wife (Yvette) and I (Mark) may be moving to HK from the UK (we're both British, mid 30's) and are trying to weigh up the pro's and con's. (It should be an expat deal via my company)
Yvette was due to start a foundation course in Art & Design at a local college for one year in Sept in the UK and then possibly moving onto a degree following this. (She previously completed a 2 year 'AS' Level and scored the top grade)
She would really like to continue her education through a college in HK but I'm not having a great deal of luck finding information about Art courses in HK, I found one at the HK Arts School but it says it mostly Cantonese with some English.
Our worry is that Yvette will basically have nothing to do all day whilst I'm out at work and in a strange country this can be a daunting experience.
Short of phoning round every university in HK (which is tricky due to the time diff) can anyone else help?

Failing this, it is possible for Yvette to get work in HK? I don't know anything about what being an expat entails yet so open to enlightenment!

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

First off, it should be easy for your wife to work here legally, once you have your work visa. She also will have the option of doing any freelance job she likes, as her visa won't be tied to one particular job.

Re. foundation art courses, I'm not familiar yet w/higher-level art education in HK, as I'm newish here and teach art privately, up to the secondary school level.

RMIT I believe offers plenty of courses in English, on their HK campus.
