I think your best bet would be to do this through whichever school your daughter attends next term. Many schools have extra-curricular activities. Mine currently do this through ESF and the fees are reasonable.

I assume your 9 year old will attend an ESF?

If you want to do something over the school holidays there is a very nice pool in Kowloon park which is great to attend on Saturdays and Sundays and I have seen swimming classes going on there with instructors. Worth a try.
