Hi,

can someone tell me where I can find anime figures of the japanese animation 'Bleach' at a good cheap price??

I've been looking everywhere for 'bleach' figures but no store seems to sell it...

Have you looked in Mong Kok? There is a collection of stores in a mall that sell figures... Not sure if they will have the particular one you are looking for, but it's the best bet.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't these be all over the city? I am not physically in Hong Kong, but I'd imagine, as Japanese animation is quite popular within the city, that the figures, would likewise be in almost all specialty toy shops, and even large retails at fair prices.

Specifically, I wouldn't be able to provide locations to you, but I would also be interested to know of any good retails with large selections of japanese import figures, etc.

Not really something large retail will stock. Nearest you will find are Sogo and UNY. The small stores in the small shopping centres will have what you want. First that springs to mind is Amoy Plaza in Kowloon Bay.

No, Hong Kong shopping is sort of weird.. If you want certain things, you have to go to 'areas' that sell that type of item. For instance, if you want computer parts, there are 3 or 4 malls with all the computer stores (most stores have locations in all the malls). Anywhere else in the city, you're not going to find such stores. Same thing goes for independent AV stores, camera stores, etc (not including the huge chains like Broadway and Fortress, but their prices are so high that they don't need to be considered).

So if you want anime figures, there are maybe 2 or 3 places where you can get them. I can think of Mong Kok, Amoy Plaza, and maybe an area of Causeway Bay.

my friend was also searching for this item somewhere in Mong Kok/jordan, difficult to describe where it is , because small shop and no address on hand.

Last time saw some bleach gashapons in the shopping mall beside cheunk mansions, when i was buying the gainax tricollection. (5 pcs = 25 HKD)

There are three places in Mongkok that sell a lot of toys. There is the CTMA centre which is near Gala Centre. There is also Richmond centre which is on Argyle Street. You could also try the upper levels of the Sagem Centre which also has a lot of toys.

If you are in Causeway Bay, look for Causeway Bay Centre near that round overpass. There is a toy mall in there.

been to causeway bay, mong kok, etc to find some anime dvd's.. seems hard to find them here.. any idea where i could get these dvds?
