Low-cost phone calls overseas

Any suggestions?
In mainland China I used IP-cards (e.g.17909),which you can buy for only 30-35 RMB with value of 100 RMB and the time depends on the region. For example, to call to Russia - it's around 22-25 minutes + they have some promotions occasionally.
So what're you guys use to reach your home land???

SkypeOUT is really cheap too (almost free). But you need an internet connection.

Rubbish - to most destinations SkypeOut is more expensive than simple phonecards or IDD services.

Sorry about that. I've been using it because when I compared it to the different IDD's I'd heard about, I found it much cheaper, but I guess I've been paying too much. So if you know of an IDD that does less than 0.17 HKD per minute to Europe, please, please tell me about them!

I know for ex, as a comparison, PCCW IDD rates to France are 2.02 HKD per minute.

Here are the SkypeOUT rates to compare them to IDD.

I've got a bundle with PCCW for my landline. I pay something like HKD300 a month for landline and also IDD calls. I can't remember the exact details. I've been calling Spore almost everyday and I make calls to States, China and Australia as well.

For 1529 on my mobile. Can't say too much. Or I might be kicked out...Hubby works for them...
