I urgently need your help on Lotus Notes:

1. Getting instructions in English-- my version is 6.5. Can I download it somewhere or can someone give me an electronic or printed copy.

2. I am also interested in understanding how to change interface from Chinese to English so I can preserve my remaining sanity.

why can't they install an english version for you instead?

I have asked the same question but the IT department said that there is not one available at this time one can be requested for purchasing and the soonest I can receive a version is within 45-days - I need something IMMEDIATELY!

Seems to me you could order that from the US in less than 45 days..... Ships cross the ocean faster than that.
Your IT department reminds me of my IT department.

Sleuth - Yes you are right about the purchasing and shipping - asked that question too - however the 'software' has to be approved for installment. Plus, needs to be installed by the IT Dept.

At this point I would settle for the english instruction manual.
