Containers for storing clothes

Hello there
Just wondered if someone could tell me where I can buy plastic containers to store clothes that are taking up room in our closet? I am used to the big plastic tuperware kind that you can get in America, but any suggestions would be great. I have no idea what I need to consider in hot, humid weather.

Tks!

Ikea

[Aside to KIA: Oi! Why when I write IKEA as the first word of a reply is it being changed by the site to Ikea?]

Pricerite has some very good plastic boxes as well, as does Japan Home.
I haven't used them but Pricerite also has those vacuum sucked bags where you suck the air out with a vacuum cleaner nozzle so clothes and things take less space and are less prone to humidity. I know a couple of people who use them.

We purchased the containers from Japan Home Center. They fit under our bed and have wheels, which is a nice feature.
Also have one of those vacuum pack bags and it is larger than we expected. Both work well.

Vaccuum Bags (aka VacBags)

JUSCO has these vaccuum bags - which are great for storing winter clothes. An acquitance recommened this to me for storing clothes for the season - as a save space alternative to the plastic tupperware containers. You buy this special bag suck out all the free air space to make it air tight and store it. Literally, I have 3 times more space than before!

The same person also recommended it for when packing suitcases for a trip as the bag is reuseable. I have more space in my suitcase when going for lengthy trips overseas although some hotels are not so willing to let you use their vaccuums I found out.

As all who live in HK know space is a commodity.

You should be able to find bags that allow you to squeeze the air out and they serve the same purpose for travel. They don't work as well as the vacuum bags, but then you don't need a vacuum.

Sorry, but no idea in HK. We bought ours in the US probably at either Wal-Mart or Target.
