| | | Looking for a kickabout Hi, I used to play a regular game of 5 or so a side with 10 or so mates. It was great we would mix up the sides and different people would turn up every week so it never got boring. I am looking for somthing similar in HK. I have seen a few posts about Leagues here but they only seem to be only interested in 'decent' players and it all seem a bit too competitive for me.
If any one knows of a game or a league with more empasis on fun or if anyone want to join me in starting a new game let me know, Please help I really miss my football.

| | | If Sai Kung's not too far then do this every Thurs evening - mix group of local Chinese and gweilos.
Roll on and off games from 7.30pm through until 10ish then gweilos go for beer - not v high standard but only exercise I'm doing at the moment...
Don't know anymore for HK Island etc but sure there must be options... | |

| | | Hey Robbie,
I've been trying to organise something like this for a while now.....
Basically as well as myself I think I know about 7 others who'd like to play, they are;
Gary
Andy
Ross
Tom
Marc
Martin
Nick
(sorry don't know the names they use on the site).
I think most of those guys live on the island and if we get sunniefaith's husband or hkjosh there's your ten!
It's gotta be said that I suck at football, so i'm looking for more emphasis on having a laugh as well. If you can sort out a place to play it'd be cool to join you.
Cheers. | |

| | | Um yeah...thats the problem I dont have a clue where to play - I've been told that there is a Diadora league but I think the season is just/has finished or that there are some government pitches that you can rent but they're always fully booked.
Would be awesome if anyone's got any ideas about where to play as am desperate for a game???
Sunniefaith come along...more the merrier and all that |
