Can do over internet or phone.
Find out opening date for month and get on immediately as pitches go really quick.
Best place may be Victoria Park but will be on concrete. | |

thats the link if u give it a look it says its open to the public they have all kinds of pitches and there all around hong kong i dont no about prices  | |

Closest I can think of would be Happy Valley inside the race course but the pitches are so heavily booked that would never expect to find one free on the off chance.
HK Island not exactly renowned for wide open spaces... | |

Would also check out the concrete pitches as they are easier to book and cheaper I think.
There are also a selection of 5-a-side courts in various locations as well. | |
