| | | Hi all
I have to admit I've been a bit busy recently and haven't really followed up the thread but it seems we have myself, Josh, Miles, Robbie, Trond and Gavin (+1?) so far. There may be others who haven't confirmed. Should be enough for one team at least so I'll probably roll up at the pitch a bit early and see if any of the guys playing before us fancy giving us a game if there are not enough.

| | | Still playing? Hello, sorry I'm late to this thread, but I'm pretty keen for a kick if you're still playing. Have just moved to HK, and will need some regular exercise.
I'm Australian, so the round ball doesn't come naturally, but I did get used to playing 5 or 6 a side in a very casual set-up down the park once a week with my English mates. And loved it. Am really after something similar - healthily competitive, but overall a good laugh and a chance to exercise with some friendly people.
Is there any chance you're playing outdoors on grass? Not sure why, but astroturf and concrete just don't seem the same.

| | | Hi gazmario,
Yes, we're still playing but somewhat irregularly at the moment as it's hard to get a pitch. Any time a pitch comes up we'll post it on here.
It's hard to be fussy about the particular surface you like to play on, if we get a pitch on any kind of surface we'll have a game. Up until now we've been playing outside on astroturf but some of the group are going to see if they can get an indoor game going at their residential complex so we can play more often. Hopefully we can build up a few locations so we can build towards having a game going on someplace once a week.
