Question job interview best practices

hi folks. i'm new here (less than 1 year) & am looking forward to my next job. i understand the best interview attire is a conservative suit and shined shoes. moreover, upon entering the interview room, do we have to keep our suit bottons closed or can we unbotton them? thanks in advance for your inputs.
