Cantonese food/ restaurant I need to make a dinner reservation for an out of town guest of my husband's tonight. We would like really good Cantonese food (duck please!) in a pretty and convenient location on HK Island. Carpark nearby is a plus. Any recommendations?

Jade Garden is always a safe choice (actually any of the maxims restaurants are safe) when treating an overseas guest to something authentic. http://travel.nytimes.com/travel/gui...=1154654633240 Shanghai Garden is also pretty decent and you get a fair bit of mixed chinese food as opposed to the canto fare. http://www.frommers.com/destinations...ng/D44640.html

The only good Cantonese food is Fish N' Chips, black pudding, and tea with crumpets (and/or scones)
