Hi, we have an Indonesian domestic helper, and I am thinking of letting her go back to Indonesia for holidays.

I know that normally that we give her the return ticket after finishing the contract and before starting the new contract.

Our helper only came to our house this Feb. However, since we are going back to Japan for one month this summer, we are thiking if we can pull up this holiday to this summer. Our helper also agreed on this.

I consulted the agant already, but they say that we should not do this now. They say it is too early to give her the holidays.

Can anyone please give us some advise?
