We would not recommend you to rent the above address because of the following reason. We have moved out of this place since last November, and up to today we haven't got back our deposit yet. Today, my husband just came back from court (we decided to bring this to court) and learned that this is rather a common case for them as the employee of the company told him that he often visits the court due to non-return of deposit money. I guess many people has before brought them to court so this guy kindda get used tot he case as he knows the court procedures quite well

We are spreading this message out because we do not want others to be trapped in the same situation. Willing to discuss further if you PM me.

my friends never paid for the last two months rent as its offset by the deposits, always advise the landlord one month in advance from moving, settled the utility bills up till the returing keys date, retouched the teared spots on the walls and landlord is happy.
