Objective: looking for a flat share arrangement
Myself: Chinese (not PRC), Single, Male, matured and considerate, with a sense of humour
Areas Considered: Central, Admiralty, Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Quarry Bay, North Point, Tai Koo
Minimum Requirements:
Clean surroundings, quiet, considerate and responsible flat-mates, within reasonable walking distance to MTR (or to Central / Admiralty). Minimum appliances: washing machine, iron & ironing board. Minimum furniture: bed, table
Preferred: on a tight budget, hence < HK$2800 (all inclusive) ??. mid-May 2007 move-in
