Accom in Wanchai, Mid Level, Admiralty

Hi, I'll be moving to Hong Kong around August and am looking for accommodation around Wanchai, Mid Level and Admiralty. I'm hoping to find a decent service apartment with security, would $11,000 be realistic? Do I get a match box or shoe box?
