Is it allowed in Hong Kong?

I'm not sure it is allowed, I've actually heard it's illegal. But there is an association :

Homeschooling International Group of Hong Kong, GPO Box 12114, Central, Hong Kong, China, kory@homeschoolinghk.com

And also a home-schooling coop out of the Adventist College in Clearwater Bay.

I guess it might be illegal for locals and permitted for expats? Maybe someone else can shed some light on this.

A guy I work with home schools. He told me they allow the expats to do it, but don't like it. He had to jump through a bunch of government hoops to do it.
