| | | I knew there was a death metal band called Entropy (at least there was when I was slightly younger!) but when I Googled it there seems to be quite a few bands called Entropy ranging from death metal to folk-country! Take your pick! | |

| | PDLM-
I'm currently in transition of getting my work visa/HK ID, is it OK if foreigners apply for this permit? Do I just reference my US Passport instead of an HKID? Quote:

| | | It's probably a good thing not to have a HKID when you're biking. If you're riding on an illegal trail, they're not going to bother prosecuting a credible tourist. Now if you're a resident, it's a big PIA. | |

| | I'll be posting rides on the Sports Fitness section. I think it was a great first time hitting HK's trails.
The next ride maybe another last minute thing since it really is very dangerous to hit the chan mai wan trail in the rain. Quote:

| | | Guys,
What we did last saturday was great, really superb. Nevertheless it was dangerous as hell and only recommended for experienced mountain bikers.
I'd suggest to all here, to have precise information on the rides that you are going to do and to be very well equiped. Helmet and gloves are a MUST. Water, food etc is also very important as it gets hot.
Lets organize the second round, I'm definitively in and bring new people also.
Take care

| | I really agree with you Alan on the helmet thing. These trails are definitely not to be taken lightly. Next round, I will probably get a full face helmet, my gloves, and some armor, not sure about the bike yet so I'll probably hire one.... Quote:
