Greetings fellow cricket fans (Hope some out there!)

HK TV so far seems to be full of golf, football, martial arts..Do any channels (that we can pay extra for) show the cricket world cup?

Alternatively, is there anywhere in HK that will show the matches live where we could go?

Yes - ESPN on NOW Broadband, but it's very expensive.

However, many bars have it and are showing the cricket live. Bulldog's, Kangaroo, etc, etc.

yep you've missed the boat on this one. espn fopr 160 dollars a month would of got you the entire world cup.

but as said if you goto wan chai most of the bars will be showing the cricket. be prepared to stay up till 4-5 in the morning tho

Thanks very helpful indeed. If not too late can we still pay HK$ 160 and get what remains of world cup? When you said broadband is it like a live stream? Or is there a channel we can call? Sorry so clueless! Please advise, otherwise will have to get babysitter and pay thru nose and head to Wanchai! Thank you

I believe you have to commit to 12 months of the normal (useless) cricket channel as well, so the total cost is somewhat higher.
