For us, Pokfulam cgme it at the right price point and the place we live in has a huge outdoor playground area and swiming pool.

Not as much shopping and eating out as either Mid Levels or Repulse Bay.... but that is not too important to us.

Air Quality -- better than most of mid-levels due to open environment and less traffic. The China pollution -- well you're going to get that in most places other than some areas like Sai Kung. Not too bad from my perspective.

I feel happier living in Pokfulam than anywhere in HK I have lived.
Granted, the shopping and restaurant options are pretty slim but I cook more now and have more private time at home.
Cyberport is a blessing having the cinema there and is a good place to do indoor walking for exercize.

How is the transportation to/from Pokfulam? How long does it take to get to Central?
