Need advice on best way commuting SZ-HK

I am a Russian passport holder and need advice on how to proceed wth customs formalities each day travelling to and from work in Hong Kong? If using the passport - no blank pages in 2 months and to issue the new one will take months!
Your comments're welcome guys!

Presumably since you work in HK you have an Employment Visa and hence a HKID card? Using the e-channel avoids stamps in passports.

Or are you working in HK illegally?

Maybe it is the China side that is filling up...

Are you using a long term China visa? Making sure each page is being filled with stamps before using a new one?

For my rapidly-filling passport the border guys on the PRC side have been squeezing more stamps on the pages. Instead of 8, which fit rather neatly, I have some pages of 9 and 10.
Won't your consulate increase the number of pages in your passport?
