Willy is awesome - a really great place to be. Great weekend scene. Realestate in Willy ranges from affordable to (as one local gov't figuire was quoted saying) "Latte sipping yuppy" prices...
re pre-schools... not sure of any "good ones" but there are quite a few around the area (there's one on Ferguson St that seems to be quite busy yet well staffed)... try
www.yellowpages.com.au and search under preschools (or prep schools) with postcode 3016...
