Job search etiquette just wondering what is the proper protocol for this. I am currently interviewing for a position but another organization has expressed an interest. Should I let them know that I am interviewing elsewhere? How will that affect my chances? I don't want to seem too pushy but I am keener on the second position and ideally, would like for them to make an offer first before my final interview at the other place.

start talking. its fine. but when it gets to a stage u know someone else is going to offer you a job, its only courteous for you to inform the other party that u are still discussing with.

Yes I think better to be upfront about it. No one expects you not to have other offers.
