Decorating Costs

Hi, i've done a search for this but so far haven't come up with anything.

Would anyone be able to advise on what i would expect to pay for a decorater to strip off wall paper and re-paint a 700' apartment in New Territories?

I am going to speak to my estate agent and landlord to see if they recommend anyone, but it would be good to get an idea of prices before hand.

OR:

in the UK redecorating is failry easy, is it as easy here? i.e. stripping wall paper, getting paint, linning paper etc.

Thanks

You're looking over 10K.
10K will get you a repaint though, not wallpaper.
