I watched more Sevens this year than ever and I must say I thought the coverage was rather poor. The cameras had a tendency to zoom in on the try scorers and stay with them to the extent that they missed the conversion and often the restart kick off. It would be very helpful to have a clock that showed the time in minutes AND seconds. Football games of 90 minutes do so why not sevens games of 14 minutes where every second is even more crucial.

I loved the announcer getting everyone to stand for a minutes silence and then saying "April Fools!"

Quality.

It was my first seven's. I think I must be getting old becasue some of the goings on in the South Stand made my hair curl!! I suspect there'll be a few bumps and bruises today.

Overall, good times had by all!

I witnessed some hair raising events too - the vip tent was exposed to the road above and one guy jumped right down and landed on the flimsy tent. He was still walking but I am so sure he was hurt.

People seem fearless when they're drunk. Yikes.

Madness. Probably only felt it the next day or has no idea why he can't walk today.
