One place I've wanted to check out (and am afraid I'm not too posh or pretty enough for .. ) is Azure in the new Lan Kwai Fong tower. A couple of banker types were raving about it to me...

Turns out the corporate crowd is very into Rugby - linking with my other thread, is the Bollinger Tent VIP etc going to be worth my while and the crowd?

Azure is actually a very nice bar/lounge, they have a restaurant upstairs and a patio which has very stunning views.

They also have a pool table and the environment is quite corporate chill, It's a nice place for a few drinks with great atmosphere, I haven't heard many compliments about their menu, however I am sure they cater to certain tastes.

Btw. how was the Bollinger tent? Was thinking about going but we chose not to in the end. I'd be interested to hear how it was though.
