Hello. I know it's an awkward question... but would anyone be able to lend me their apartment or office room? This will be for a student short film project. If you can help, please let me know because I'm trying to get the filming done in the next few weeks. You'll get credits in the film and while I can't offer to pay much... I can buy you coffee and maybe help you with moving or something.

I'm hoping to find two apartments: one neat and tidy place and another that's pretty empty like someone just moved in/out. The office room can just be a simple small office... mainly I'd just need an official looking desk, possibly by a window.

Nothing will be moved or broken or anything like that. No kung fu scenes so no need to worry about that.
