For later April, the only good deals for flights are with UA or China Airlines, followed by Dragonair.

I don't have any experience with UA... Does anyone know how their service is? I have flown with China Airlines before (not by choice) and while the service was fine, their crash record scares the hell out of me...

If I hear any good things about UA, I would consider them...

Or if anyone knows any good promos for Cathay or JAL, please let me know!

Fairly yes, but they are $600 per ticket more than UA.

if cost is the concern, then go for UA.
the service is not all that bad, and its only a 4 hour flight each way.

as for china airline, i don't think its that dangerous as well, we haven't heard any crashes for the past 3 years i'd say.. then again, from chances of probability maybe one shld be coming! haha..
