City-wide WiFi
I read a while back that Cyberport and Cisco were developing a city-wide wifi network in Hong Kong. When will this actually come to pass, and won't the local ISPs be up in arms over lost revenue?

Press releases are usually disconnected with reality. Would love to see that press release, given that we're in Cyberport...

With HSDPA rolled out WiFi serves very little purpose to be honest, given the short range scope of its services.
