Where to Move?Husband work in kowloon

Hello,
We are moving to Hong Kong at the end of April from Shanghai. I was wondering if I could get some advice where to live. We have a son who is 23 months old. My husband will work in Kowloon TST. Now, we would like to live somewhere which suits all of us. It should be near a Metro station. Preferably with facilities such as playgrounds or play areas. We like to live in a nice area but not far from where everything is happening (nice restaurants etc) Might be a bit difficult but I would appreciate any advice you could give me on where to look and at what kind of prices I would be looking at. Thank you for any suggestions

Kowloon Tong is pretty expat friendly.(IMO) Close to MTR and KCR and has some pretty decent restaurants at Festival Walk. Tsim Sha Tsui is 3 stations away on KCR and 7 stations on MTR. It is a pretty good location I think.

Hi, I am a owner and I have an excellent flat in Sorrento in Tsim Sha Shui just atop the Kowloon Station for rent.

It has 4 rooms, 1,274 sq ft, superb seaview at 63rd floor, full club house & gym facilities and just one MTR station from Central and 15-20 mins to and from the airport. Monthly rental is HKD33,000.- per month. No agency commission.

You may contact me at nicerey28@yahoo.com.hk for more information.

Cheers

Here are some other choices: Beacon Hill, One Beacon Hill, Parc Palais.
Going to depend on your budget, too.
