Breaking Lease?

Hi Guys,

I'm having a lot of trouble with my land lord who refuses to fix things in the flat. I really want to move but he is making it difficult by refusing to discuss the possibility with me. I knowI won't get the deposit back but at this point I just want to get out. What can happen if I break the lease and just move out? Thanks for any help or advice.
