i am australian but i love cooking indian curries. does anybody know where I can buy the authentic indian spices etc like curry leaves, fenugreek etc in HK. also any indian cooking classes I would be very interested in joining. thanks

you can find these in TST, chung king mansion.. not sure if there is any other place

I'm quite a fan of curry-cooking too. If you're close to Causeway Bay, then this is a decent store...
