I've just discovered Yoono plug in. It is like alexa but better. It works by giving you related web sites based on the bookmarks of other people. That also means that when you use the plug in you add your own bookmarks to the system. When you are on a site get to see what other people think is related.

Adblock Plus! It's been mentioned once before but it's well worth saying again. Removes all those pesky irritating and annoying and intrusive adverts ;-)

Useful for ad-laden sites like this one. Anyone else think this site has become slower to load?

discobay, most of the slowness of this site is due to it being in the US. Even with Adblock plus it is not fast.

discobay : we've disabled a couple of caches right now .. if its become slow over the last 48 hours -- thats it.

It has become slower in the last few days/last week. I didn't think that the move to the US made any noticeable difference.
Adblock is more trouble than it's worth - the layout gets all messed up for one.
