New Serviced Suites at Tsuen Wan - Royal View Hotel Serviced Suites

Just got from my friend that a new serviced suites will be opened in May / June this yr at Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan. I have visited their website and seems look quite modern with good provision. The seaview looks great but the location is not the best. However, it is brand new and this attract me a little bit. I have called them and the Sales told me is starting from $7,100/mth for Studio, seems a good deal.

Do you guys has any advice on this property?

Royal View

Hi,

When are you looking for your stay at the Royal View?
I am also looking into it for my one month stay in mid January. However, they are fully booked right now and can only put me on a wait list. So you better give them a call if you are heading to HK soon.

The area is isolated if make sure this is what you are expected. Shuttle bus to the MTR seems infrequent. So you either have to take a taxi or public buses which are within walking distance.

Cheers,
Wooe

I have been staying there for few months now and the provisions are brillant comparing with other similar serviced apartment below 10K (I compared a lot before move-in). Shuttle bus service are not bad though, 15 mins in the morning and 20 mins at night during Peak Hrs to MTR station and 30 mins in afternoon hrs. Time is approximately 10 mins from Hotel to Tsuen Wan. I think if you prefer lots of night life in Central, this is not a right place for you. But if you are finding somewhere for peaceful and seaview apartment, it is definitely one of the good choices. By the way, as I know the hotel is quite full at this moment and there are more and more long term guests there as I see lots of familiar faces on the shuttle bus.
