| my dear mum & dad have most enjoyed the following on their visits: 1. moving house with me on a sampan from aberdeen to Lamma 2. a visit to the tailors to get mum a new dress made (after window shopping Valentino and surreptitious video work in Harvey Nicks to show the tailor what we wanted!!!) 3. for chinese new year, i put them to work on a "changing rooms" style challenge for my gf's house. it's an honest chinese tradition, the spring clean! 4. getting as far as shenzen border and deciding the combined cost of three visas was probably not worth it! they showed absolutely no interest in going to macau but i think that's a lovely happy place to take your mum, even for a day. |

| Hi! The Peninsula's Espa is amazing and do some great weekday deals. The views are fabulous and so are the facilities. Intercon, Landmark Mandarin have nice spas too. The Paua Group (that runs Elemis in Central) manages the Victorian Spa at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel - which is fab too! |
