Just found out that there is a fee tool McAfee SiteAdvisor that works with IE and Firefox. It will tell you if website is safe or not. Anyone used it and it is good? Does this make surfing the internet slower?

I've used the site a few times .. not the tool. Tend to be wary of anything that attaches itself to the browser and reports every site I visit back to someone elses server.
