Where to buy curtain rods

I already own several sets of curtains so I figured rather than have any custom made, I would just use what I've got. The problem is finding curtain rods to fit 75 in. (appx 190 cm) - I have 3 windows with this width. Then a set of sliding glass doors with a width of 134.5 in. (342 cm). I went to the Ikea already and they only type of curtain rods available for this width have a small diameter which looks stupid with my curtains. I need something wider, more substantial.

I am looking for ideas on where else to shop.

Thanks!

Good idea, KIA - I sent the seller an email to see where they were purchased. Thanks!

While you are waiting for an answer, you can try IKEA. I think they have about 10 to choose from.

Thanks, goodkarma, but Ikea only had to choose from and they looked bad with these curtains. The curtains have big loops on the top which show the curtain rod so I need a weighty type of rod. Ikea is the only place I know to look. Let me know if you have any other ideas. Thanks!

If you feel a little creative, you can buy dowels or rods made from wood in any thickness. Paint them yourself and voila !

Interesting idea, goodkarma, I would have never thought to make my own. I need to think about how to do that. Thanks for the suggestion!
