what are the best business class deals out there from HK/China to US? what travel agency do you guys use for international business travel ??

You'll find the outbound deals from HK to anywhere fairly restricted. Better deals on inbound flights.

Some pretty good business class deals at the moment (bookable to 17 April, travel by 31 August) are ex-Taiwan on CX. You can book them direct with CX Taipei ticketing (+886 2 2715 2333)

TPE-LAX round trip with stopover allowed in HK in one direction only is NT$75000 + taxes (HK$17,725 or so).
