Google gives: +852 9498 9930 for USA Hotel (note that is a mobile but this seems to be common for hostels)

Thanks @PDLM, are you in Hong Kong now? i was able to contact USA HOtel, but they can't accept my reservation still because i'll be there in HongKong by August yet.....Thanks again
