for pdlm probably yes, unfortunately its not outright true for freeier so guess its time to consider changing job...

I've only been here a few days, but I'm still getting used to what seems to be the huge gap between the wealthy and the poor here. Signed up for my lease recently, and I still feel a bit faint thinking about my rent (given it is many times what I was paying in Australia). However, even though it feels like my rent is a huge amount, it's only about 22% of my salary, and I think I will also get some kind of a tax benefit out of it so in reality it is less..
